The Psalms are a collection of 150 individual  songs, poems, and prayers found in the Old Testament.  As a group, they express the full span of life, from joy and celebration to sorrow and despair, making them relatable and relevant to our lives.  The New Testament quotes the Psalms 186 times!  This is far more than from any other Old Testament book. It is clear that Jesus and the New Testament writers were well acquainted with the psalms.

In this class, you will learn how to better engage with these psalms, and through prayer, and reflection you can get profound insights into your daily life and how to more fully connect with God.
