Jeff Doeringer – Pastor

After leaving the business world as an accountant, I started on the staff of Grace Church – Middleburg Heights in 2001 as the Jr. High & Single Adults Pastor before launching Grace Church – Old Brooklyn in November 2003. I invest most of my time into teaching God’s word, prayer, mentoring, strategic planning and leadership of the staff and ministry leaders. I also have serve the wider CMA family as a member of our Central District Church Planting Committee since 2007.

My passion for Grace Church is to grow as an authentic community of Christians who actively learn to follow Jesus, live out the “one-another” commands in Scripture and are out there seeking to transform the community around us. In my down-time, I enjoy taking wilderness trips to backpack and canoe, I love a good cup of coffee (Gavelia is my absolute favorite) and staying up late with good friends. My wife Nicole is a tremendous partner and shares my call to ministry. She served on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ for 3 years before we got married in 1998. God has blessed us with four children: Brandon, Analiese, Colin and Alexa.

Charlie Collier – Pastor

I graduated with a degree in Pastoral Counseling from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida in 2000. I spent five years in Waupun, WI and two years in St. Louis, MO serving as the youth and family ministries pastor with the Assemblies of God. I joined the pastoral staff at Grace in October of 2007. I also work at Berea Children’s Home and Family Services as a case-counselor where I’ve learned about what life looks like for many who live in the city of Cleveland.

At Grace, I enjoy working with families, youth, leading Life Groups, preaching, strategic planning and community outreach. I long to see Grace, as a community of believers, authentically love God and love others. During my down time I like to relax by watching TV and movies, walking to the zoo, and grocery shopping with my family. I’ve been married to my best friend, Carrie since July of 2001. We have three beautiful children: Grant, Alayna and Garrett.
